Screening testimonies of Holocaust survivors in the public space throughout Israel.
ABOUT the project
A new tradition for Holocaust Remembrance Day in an intimate, meaningful experience.
The Challenge
Decreased in the number of Holocaust survivors. Low engagement of the young generation regarding this matter. “Testimonies of Holocaust survivors who have passed away and have no way to be heard.” “public spaces remained vacant in days of remembrance”
The Solution
Screening Holocaust survivors’ testimonies in public locations. Sitting areas and open entry for all throughout the day and night creating safe space to share and communicate.
The Result
thousands of participants in all diversities. Increase in the collection of new testimonies. Connecting youth with Holocaust survivors in an interactive outdoor experience. High media coverage on legacy media and social media
